We are looking for properties and/or direct investment opportunities, to bring fair returns and profits that contribute to our shareholders.
We commenced property investment & development in 1993, investing in industrial property, commercial shops and buildings, residential properties and hotel property. We currently own an industrial property in Cheung Sha Wan and several residential properties in Sheung Wan, North Point and Sai Kung for investment purpose. In 2006, we acquired 25% property interest in Macau’s Grand Waldo Complex and further acquired to 65% in 2010. In 2013 we disposed of all interest in Macau’s Grand Waldo Complex. In years 2015 and 2016, we also acquired a retail shop in western district on Hong Kong Island and a 14-storey commercial building (now known as "Get Nice Centre") in Kowloon for expansion of our portfolio.
In 2017, we started to invest in properties market in United Kingdom by acquiring a 6-storey commercial building in London. In June 2020, the Group completed the acquisition of a four-storey commercial units with 28,000 sq.ft at Cosco Tower for the purpose of new headquarter. It also includes 19 car parks for investment purpose.
