Get Nice Holdings Limited (“Get Nice Holdings”, Stock code: 64) has been listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“HKEx”) since June 2002. We are mainly engaged in money lending, regulated activities under Securities & Futures Ordinance (“SFO”), properties investment and development, financial instruments investment and real estate broking service. In April 2016, we successfully spun-off Get Nice Financial Group Limited (“GNFG”, Stock code: 1469 ) to list on the Main Board of the HKEx. GNFG provides a wide range of financial services including securities, futures and options broking service, margin financing, placing and underwriting of securities and corporate finance advisory.
